Our loyalty points program is operated at our discretion.
Any account inactive for more than 12 months will be closed and any remaining points will be cancelled. We have the right to cancel the program at any point in the future. We will provide our customers with 2 weeks notice of such cancellation and at the point of cancellation we will not be required to recover any unused points held by our customers.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Points are deducted from products that have been returned or refunded. Most products will normally be available for purchase with loyalty points, we retain the right to withdraw certain products from the program or change the value exchange or number of points available on the products. If a customer account is canceled by The Green Beauty Concept under these terms and conditions, the customer has no recourse to the refund or redemption of points in the account at closing time. Any decision taken by The Green Beauty Concept on the allocation or redemption of loyalty points is final. Points are offered only on the amount paid and exclude shipping costs. Half of the points cannot be awarded. There is no minimum order requirement to receive points. Points are earned when the order has been paid for.
