1⃣ Double Cleaning
Many believe that foam cleansers are better for oily skin, but in fact, unnatural foam cleansers could be disrupting the skin's protective layer and signaling the skin to produce even more oil. Removing sebum can trigger a cycle where your skin produces more oil to make up for what has been removed.
Switching to a natural cleansing oil or gel that emulsifies, ie makes a slight lather when in contact with water, can help oily skin become more balanced and produce less oil.
Try to wean yourself from the feeling that deep cleansing is good. If your skin feels tight after cleansing or feels like it needs a moisturizer urgently, your cleansing routine is too intense.
How to make?
In the morning you will cleanse the skin only once. But at night, even if you don't use make-up, clean your skin twice: once with an oil-based make-up remover. And a second time with the same product you used in the morning.
You will need two products, one oil-based and one water-based.
