place an order

All orders in our store must be placed online. To place an order follow these steps:

Step 1
Explore our store and find the products you want to purchase.

Step 2
Add the products to the shopping cart through "Add to cart" button.

Step 3
View your cart by clicking on "YOUR CART".

Step 4
If the total value of the products in your cart is over 30€, you can select the samples you would like to receive in your cart. In this step you can also add a wrapping option, if you wish.

Step 5
Finish the purchase by clicking on "FINALIZE PURCHASE".

Step 6
In the "Information Customer", register your email and shipping address. If you have a discount code, you must apply it in this step. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined.
If the discount code applied reduces the price of the products below the minimum eligible amount to receive any offer that has been applied (for example, if you had an order over 30 €, you have selected a sample offer, and the discount code puts the order value below €30), the offers will be automatically removed, as the cart no longer qualifies for them.

Step 7
Confirm that the email, shipping address and cart contents are correct and click on "Continue to shipping method".

Step 8
Select the desired shipping option and click on "Continue to payment method".

Step 9
Select the Payment Method you want: Credit Card, Paypal or Multibanco Reference.
Confirm that all your order information is correct.

Step 10
Checkout by clicking on "Place my order".

Replacement of products depends on several factors: how many products of the same brand/supplier are sold out or almost sold out, where does the supplier ship from, if it is a product or a brand that is in high demand, etc.

If there is an expected date for the replacement of the product, that date is indicated on the sold out product page.

Recommendation: You can always subscribe to receive an alert restocking by email, through the sold out product page.

Payment methods accepted in our store are:

100% payment at the time of purchase:
ATM, MBWay, Credit or debit card, PayPal, Transfer Banking

Note that: If you choose to pay by Multibanco Reference, MBWay or Bank Transfer, your
order will only be shipped after we receive confirmation of your payment. If payment is not made after 24 hours from the date of ordering, the order will be automatically canceled.

If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, it may still be possible to cancel it and issue you a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thegreenbeautyconcept.com.

If your order has been processed by our warehouse, unfortunately we cannot cancel it. In this case, if you no longer wish to keep the items you ordered, you can return them. See more information about returns on page Shipping and Returns.

If you are not at the indicated address at the time of delivery, the order will remain at the CTT station in the respective area of ​​the address, for 5 working days. After this period, the order is returned to The Green Beauty Concept and is considered as canceled - excluding the initial postage value. If you want to resend your order, you must contact The Green Beauty Concept to arrange a new shipment (subject to a new payment of postage), or the return of the amount paid for the products - excluding the initial postage value.

If the order is returned to The Green Beauty Concept due to an error in the recipient's address, attributable to the Customer, it will only be sent again upon information of the correct address by the Customer (by email to hello@thegreenbeautyconcept. com) and after a new payment of the postage amount.
If the error is attributable to The Green Beauty Concept, the order will be reshipped free of charge to the Customer, or, in case of cancellation, the total amount will be refunded (postage included ).

Offers, discounts and samples

Possibly the offer was exclusive to customers with an account created in the store, and with a login done. To be eligible for most of our offers, you must have an account created at our store, and you must log in before proceeding to check out.

It can also happen that the offer has sold out. Offers are limited to existing stock and may end before the deadline.

Offers are automatically added to cart when available and the customer/purchase is eligible.

Possibly the products you have in your cart are not eligible and do not count towards the minimum necessary to be able to enjoy the discount.

The following products are always excluded from all discount codes: samples, sample service, gift sets, product sets and coffrets, products on sale or promotion.

Available free samples must be selected in the shopping cart. In the absence of selection, samples will not be sent.

Unavailability:

If the selected samples are not available, they will be replaced by others.

Repeat samples:

When ordering samples, be sure to order only one sample of each product. Samples are very limited and we want to ensure they are fairly distributed among customers so everyone has the opportunity to try them out.
